Sika Smith brings clinical depth, entrepreneurial leadership, and a restorative vision to the conversations shaping the future of healthcare. An advanced practice nurse, nurse anesthetist, certified aesthetics nurse, and global speaker, she draws on 20 years in healthcare and 13 years in anesthesia to connect the realities of patient care with the decisions that guide organizations, systems, and public policy.

As Founder and CEO of Paramount Elite Anesthesia and ARKORA Health, and creator of the ARK Restorative Care Model, Sika champions an approach that honors the whole person: spirit, soul, and body. Her work invites leaders to consider how identity, purpose, culture, and lived experience influence health and how systems can better support the people they serve. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Healthcare Systems Leadership, further advancing her commitment to meaningful change across healthcare.

 

Sika is a recipient of the DAISY Award for extraordinary nursing care. Her work and personal journey have also been featured in Nashville Voyager and other publications. Grounded in clinical practice, science, faith, and entrepreneurship, her speaking addresses healthcare leadership, whole-person and restorative care, cultural awareness, health equity, and health disparities. She challenges audiences to examine established approaches and envision more responsive, connected systems of care.

Through keynotes, panels, and workshops, Sika equips healthcare executives, government leaders, corporate decision-makers, and clinical teams to connect vision with action. Her message calls leaders to strengthen systems, advance the health of communities, and make care that honors the fullness of each person a leadership priority.
